Just received an orchid I bought on ebay from Suncoast. The orchid is so small, not anything like the pictures. Not near worth the cost. Very disappointed.

I have only ever had wonderful experiences with FLSO, and their hybrids are second to none! I would recommend them to anyone.

I have purchased several items from this nursery, most notably via Facebook auctions the owner does routinely. I have always been reasonably pleased with the purchases. Most recently, I won the auction for an item and sent my email address in for a paypal invoice to make my payment. When I didn't receive the invoice (36 hours after winning the auction)- I sent a message to the owner. Instead of striking an understanding tone, he halfheartedly apologized while insisting he had not made a mistake (conveniently he deleted the auction post showing all the bids including my winning bid). At the end of the day, accidents happen. Just own it and make an effort to get it right. He suggestion? Contact the auction winner to ask her for a clipping... Seriously? Ultimately, what separates good business owners and bad ones are how you deal with your mistakes or instances in which you don't live up to the standard you hope to achieve. Sadly, the ownership here fails. You will remember me if something goes wrong with YOUR purchase... because it definitely won't be their fault!
