What are the letters and numbers on the band?
A tagged pigeon landed on my porch and won't leave. The tag has a Cuban flag, name, and phone number. I called and the people live in Miami. I'm in Tampa! The people told me to take it to a pet store, and the store will give me money. Is that true?
