I absolutely love Florida health care plans as our insurance but one thing that is very inconvenient as I went to the one in Ormond after work for a foot injury but because their x-ray closed at 5:00 and then had to get back in my car and drive to the one in Clyde Morris. I didn't understand why you would have an after hours extended care but have the X-ray close at 5:00 that made no sense.

Same as above, I can only answer on my plan as well. Walgreens pharmacy can be used after regular business hours for the same price as Florida Healthcare. Otherwise you pay full price at other pharmacies.
It should be very easy just contact Florida Healthcare member services as Dennis just mentioned
8:30am - 6 pm
At Halifax Hospital only. Other wins pay for an Urgent Care somewhere.
The operator is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The walk in is open from 7 am to noon in Daytona
The best thing to do is go on line with website and get the service representative on phone & ask them for someone close to where you live. Good luck.
Do they prescribe narcotics that switched over from another state
In 98 i was give 6 months to live with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, since then I've had breast cancer and now mycousis fungodis lymphoma & thanks to Florida health care I'm still here and at 76 on the go everyday. I have the highest costing ins,$44 a month due to meds i need. I have a lot of meds &Drs but I'm very happy & content with them and my life. I thank them &Godevery day for my life.
You can keep your PCP, if the are part of the FHCP organization. As far as Mayo Clinic goes, if your PCP refers you there, then you can go there. Mayo sets the frequency of the visits after that. You have whatever co-pay is required for a specialist on whatever plan you are on.
