Interesting Santa Clara county winery with a large library of estate wines. The wine tasting room is large and luckily air-conditioned. Tasting is about 10 dollars per person but the fee gets deducted from any purchases made during the visit. They have 5 white wines, 1 rosé, about 12 reds, and 2 sparkling wine to taste. Each tasting fee provides a choice of 4 wines and everybody gets to taste their dessert wine Vino de Mocca (chocolate, strawberry, coffee infused). The bottles run about $20, but buy a case and get 50% off! At 10 or so dollars a bottle some of the varietals are good! The Malvasia Bianca was a delight!

You can picnic on the grounds if there are no events going on. They recommend calling in advance. You cannot bring outside alcohol and they ask that you purchase at least a bottle of wine for a small group and a case for a large group. A case is 50% off, mix and match of wines is ok. Otherwise, you can picnic at the tables near the tasting room any time of the week with the same going for wine purchases. The grounds are beautiful right now with fresh flowers everywhere. Enjoy!
