Owner is VERY rude and difficult to deal with. Can only access units during limited hours. Says they are climate controlled but it's extremely hot inside them. Owner has trouble keeping an accurate account of payments. Will say payments have not been made and threaten to sell your stuff and send you to collections when in actuality they have been paid months in advance. He clearly does not know how to run a business and does not have the personality to work with the public. Will never use again.
