My husband and I had built a custom home in 2021. Our builder used another audio/visual company to prewire the home for ceiling speakers and such. Once we moved in, we called that audio/visual company to basically wrap the job up (to provide the amps/receivers) we had agreed upon in a lengthy meeting and he literally told me “tough luck. I don’t have those products anymore” ARE YOU SERIOUS!? I was livid. In this anger, I found Rob the Brit and spoke to himself personally. Rob came over to our home the day after my distressed phone call and gave us a plan. Not only was Rob the Brit able to advise us on what we needed to purchase to have full functionality of our system, HE HAD THE EXACT PRODUCTS WE NEEDED (that the prior company didn’t) AND he was able to get a crew out for installation 1-2 weeks later! I’ve been in touch a couple of times since his guys were out here (for little things as this isn’t something I’ll ever fully understand haha!) and have always received the best customer service - from my first distressed call to him to my last request for help this evening. I have been so pleased with Rob the Brits service, punctuality and technicians (Dan, you’re amazing too - thank you!) If you’re considering using these guys, stop shopping around and just use these guys. Rob the Brit has exceeded all expectations, hands down!

Rob the Brit Team is Solid at what they do! Great work, professional and gets the job done. I like that Dan/Kevin came thru and was able to create the picture i had in my head for a TV install in my lanai. They did it exactly how I wanted it and also gave me ideas to make things easier for other enhancements such as sound! Thx guys! I highly recommend them for your media needs!

We have two 65” and one 77” OLED tv for install. Rob The Brit was easy and fast to reach and make appointment. Two guys showed up on time and do fantastic dustless job! They hide cables in the wall and now our fancy tvs look just like thin picture frames! We highly recommend Rob The Brit! Will hire them again for a new house!
