This is the cleanest laundry mat I've ever been in. Washers are $3/load, dryers 25¢ for 8 minutes, large capacity washers for comforters, ect. is $5. These are the exact same prices as other laundry mats in the area that are not air-conditioned and VERY dirty. Vending machine in facility where you can purchase laundry detergent, fabric softener, stain remover, dryer sheets for $1.

Yes, there are 40lb washers. All of the dryers are massive and most can dry 2 loads at once easily.
