My wife and I were visiting from Georgia. Let me tell you, Coach Sarah was awesome! She kept pace with class really well, she was engaging and encouraging, and she worked *SO* hard on her playlist for the day! Seriously, not all coaches put as much effort into class as Sarah did. When we’re back in Milwaukee, you better KNOW we are going to see Coach Sarah!

Only been to one class, but had a wonderful first experience and impression. The staff both at the front desk & Coach Charlie were wonderful - they were welcoming, positive and it didn't feel just "check the box" or generic. The class in 1/2 running/walking on treadmill & 1/2 body weight floor exercises with rowing. The running was a bit personally for me, but they really were trying to work with me - even given a knee injury I'm still recovering from - and if I struggled, I felt no negative judgement. I bought into a 20 class plan so we will see what the future brings, but very happy with my first class at Orange Theory in total.

Awesome studio with great coaches and a friendly staff. The workouts are always challenging but the support is always up to par. I felt welcomed from day 1 and can't recommend it enough. If you're not sure about joining, just remember that the hardest part is actually showing up!

I can’t believe it took me this long to find Orangetheory! I’ve just finished my 10th class and I can truly say I look forward to going to each class. The staff are super helpful and the coaches are motivating and have superb playlists. (Where can I find them?!) The workouts are definitely challenging and you’ll sweat a lot but they are still very doable based on your fitness level (trust me I’ve been basically dormant for years). I also love that you don’t know what you’ll be doing that particular day and it keeps you on your toes and you’ll never get bored of coming back! Highly recommend anyone looking for something different and more structured than your local gym to go to OT!

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
