Normally I like IHOP ...always have and probably always will. My last visit was not such a good experience. The service was..So So,, the food was cold or luke warm and not prepared as ordered,,, the server was not attentive..I will always give IHOP another chance ,,they've generally always been a good establishment,, I normally do not complain or would not leave a bad review But, the experience was less than mediocre..so I'm making my opinion Known. There is a night and day difference between day shift and night shift. This was a night shift experience around 12:30 am on 8/20/2022,,The restaurant seemed to lack proper management,,The employees were loud and kinda rude. My current opinion is 3 stars. I will update accordingly.

You go in with the mass you sit down at the table there is plastic hanging between each booth to me it's a safe place to go and it's clean looking
Yes they have potato cakes
3pm to 6pm and after midnight. They are open 24 hours.
