They forgot part of our order. I called the store number 7 times. Nobody answered. But when I finally got in touch with someone they transferred me to the store and no one answered again. Worst customer experience of my life. Safe to say I won’t be ordering Pizza Hut anymore.

Pizza was great. However ordered the Cinnabon desert and beyond disappointing with how it was made. I wish this would let me post a photo. All the sauce was in the middle on one side and the other side had absolutely none.

I ordered around 945pm on 5/27/2022. My order was never delivered. No one answers the phone. I had to go there the next day to request a refund to find out they canceled my order and someone should’ve called. They should’ve had their online ordering off. Bad experience and never will order from there or recommend.

I wish I would have read reviews, first. Estimated delivery time was 25-35 min. We got our order 2 hours later. The pics speak for themselves. Everthing was completely cold. 8 pc. "boneless wings"????..more like baby chicken nuggets. Pizza …
