I don’t think you should send a survey after one visit asking how likely are you to refer a friend. I have an appointment with one of the other doctors in your office. So far,, I have your billing office asking for my co-pay which I paid at my visit, the woman checking me out did not see where Dr Friedman referred me to Dr Hahn and your portal does not have accurate information from my visit and the forms I completed while at your office on my initial visit. This does not instill a lot of confidence in your practice… so far.

First visit as a new patient - their computers were down. This made it difficult for staff & patients alike as most records are EHR. Staff is friendly, the office appears very clean.
