Terrible experience. Manager is very rude and disrespectful. Unnecessarily confrontational. ------ Saturday night I asked if they happen to have jalapeño and cheese taquitos in the freezer they could make. Apparently they are hard to come by and almost all 7/11s never have. To my surprise, they say yes, but say I have to buy all four. I'm fine with this, I usually purchase three. I get to my car, take a bite.. they are not jalapeño and cheese. I take them back in to return and ask for a refund. The young man apologized and said he misunderstood me. He says he thought I said steak and cheese. This is fine and understandable. It wouldn't be an issue at all, except I do not eat steak or any of the other meat products the available taquitos had in them. He explains that he can't refund and can only offer a different taquito. He informs me to come back Monday morning so the manager can refund. All good, polite and cordial so far. ---- Monday, manager leaves at early. I missed them and was told to come back prior to 1pm. ---- Today, I explain and ask. They are yelling at me. Making accusations. Saying I can't refund. Calling me a liar, etc, etc.. very confusing! I say, if you won't refund, I'll just dispute with the credit card company. One gentleman tells me to leave and never come back! I respond, "I don't plan to!" ---- I just can't believe they handled the situation as they did and escalated it to such a level. Luckily, this one is out of my way and there is one closer to my house, I had only swung by to see if they had jalapeño and cheese. I have no reason and no desire to ever return.

They refused to sell me a product that had a sign stating one price..at the register it rang up different. Even though it had a posted sign they refused to let me get the item for that price. So I walked out.

I've been going here for years and the owner and the employees are super nice and friendly and the store is always clean.
