Very impressed with all of my interactions with various employees of the firm. Each step of the way I was treated with respect and listened to. Jackie was incredibly helpful on the phone, and when I arrived for my initial meeting, Cynthia was so kind and brought me a cup of coffee. I was a little nervous at first, but Mr. Barack was very easy to talk to! And, I felt like he was forthright in helping me find the solution that was best for ME.
