It's a nice park for the most part the people are friendly but it also is in California where the neighbor is right on top of you more or less your slide outs almost touch and for the most part it's residential park and people that are there live there more than are just camping but they do have great facility no dog run no place for you to take your dog and play with him but the managers are nice and for the most part the neighbors are too

I'd love to give then a higher rating but when we got there we plugged in and my electrical display said "Open Ground", so I unplugged and reconnected and same results so I unplugged and called the office and they had an electrician come out within 4 hours and he told us he cleaned the connector and said it probably was dirty then it worked fine for the rest of our time there, we asked for an adjustment for not having electricity the first night and the office said "there was no problem and we will not offer a discount." We did not want a free night just a slight adjustment and they refused. Based on this I doubt we would stay here again. So make sure you check your electrical meter/gauge web gauge when you get here. Other than the rude staff and electricial issues it is a decent place.

They charge 25 dollars just to dump, but they are open only till 4.30 pm. For that rate one would expect more convenience from them

Just arrived and I'm impressed how nice this place is. Clean and organized! Cool at night and just right during the day. Most spots have an actual patio you park next to. There is a small convenience store right next door that has the most complete grocery shopping I've ever seen in a building that size. One week cost about $525. But it is worth it.

I believe it is still $25. I think their office hours are different right now for holidays schedules. So I'm not sure

Yes they do. Great bathrooms, and laundry, there is a small store on the edge of the property. As for rent I believe they have different rates so that you definitely have to get a quote

I believe It depends on how long you plan on staying, how big your trailer is and what part of the park you stay. I've paid 1500, but others paid more and some less
