Nice place, the Taro boba tea I ordered was nice. The server asked about ice and sugar levels but did not ask about the size of the drink. I would assume they have just one size but that should not be the case.

I've been to this location a few times now, and the quality has been pretty consistent. My favorite drink is the wintermelon tea with boba, 50% sweetness. Recommend!

Never had a problem before until now, probably new staff they didn’t check the seal and one of the drinks spilled out. Tried to call them multiple times but it went to voicemail which was really frustrating. I stopped visiting the San Mateo location for a while because they make the drinks wrong again and again and also changed the ice cream distributor. edit: was able to call in yesterday morning and get the issue fixed. Thank you Camille!
