One of your officers need to be looked at just a bit closer.. Senior officers really shouldn’t behave in a manner such as he does. Not a good look. 🤨

I received excellent customer service from Shaleta today concerning questions I had about a particular matter. She went above and beyond to just to find answers. The Sheriff's Office should be proud to have such a dedicated staff member!

The department and the building is so big. Idk where to go after I ask someone there. You have to pay the parking ticket to park. And the lady in the office is kinda rude. She do have a respect but the way she talk is kinda she kinda mean. But outside of the building is look clean.

Begin by updating your driver's license to reflect your new address. Then notify the sheriff's office in your previous county of residence about your address change. They will provide you with change of address documentation that you must keep with your current permit. When it is time to renew, you will do so in your new county of residence. Information on this many other questions about permits can be found on our website https://www.durhamsheriff.com/services/records/gun-permits
What department are you trying to reach, and what number did you call?
They can investigate it. And then see If it's in the child interest to be with you or him
