May 10th windshield replaced - defective, Safelite ordered another from after market manufacturing, scheduled appointment, arrived and was told second windshield also defective. Will order from Volvo dealer, need to get authorization from insurance. Approved ordered----August 22, 2.5 month later. Dealer order canceled by Safelite second order issued. Currently not sure if in Safelite warehouse. Poor professionalism, no follow up, poor customer service would not recommend- stay away.

The technician who helped me was very nice and was more than willing to answer any and all questions that I had. The estimate that I had online matched up with what I would be paying in person. The office is very organized and clean. I hope I don't need to go back. Who wants to do more repairs than they need to for their car?

My Truck was scratched multiple time. No safeguards were taken to protect my vehicle while the rear window was replaced. At first it looked as if they were going to take care of it then I got ghosted. The only response I recieved in 3 months was still waiting for the warranty to get approved. I do not recommend as they will not take responsibility for their actions or repair what they even stated that they damaged.
