They are back to the old server setup. They have couple of tables outside.
No, I'm sorry, they don't serve breakfast all day. However they do have an extremely extensive menu. You will never find a bad meal in this place. There is something for absolutely anyone at the Black Cow, anytime of the day. If they don't have breakfast, they have quiche or something like that. You will never be disappointed. And ask your server, there are sometimes off menu items.
I used to live a couple blocks away and go to the black cow every week and they do not accept reservations unless their policies have changed in the last 12 months they do not accept reservations... That of course does not mean you can't try give him a call and ask
