Missed PAGES of things when we had a home inspection done, lots of grey area in the “warranty” they offer. Do not recommend! ALSO! These pictures were taken as soon as we moved in right after the inspection! No infrared camera’s were used during inspection and would of caught most of these problems! Lists of problems right when we moved in and this company would not make it right!

Our General Home Inspections start at $405. That includes $25,000 worth of warranty coverage and also 1 year of structural coverage we purchase thru a 3rd party for you. We travel from Cleveland to Detroit all the way down to Mansfield and over to Lima. We have 6 full-time Inspectors that are scattered throughout our service areas.
