My chainsaw froze up. I took it here for repair. When I picked it up he told me he adjusted the brake and to not let my chainsaw hit the ground (my chainsaw never touches the ground). First time I used it after the repair it froze up again after about 4 to 5 minutes. I returned it for repair. When I came in to pick it up the employee behind the counter called to the back of the store that the guy who uses his chainsaw as a rototiller is here to pick it up. A complete insult. Totally disrespectful and insulting. Have not been insulted that bad in years. Obviously the repairman is telling the employees the issue is operator error. When it was returned to me the employee told me to not hit dirt with it. (Again, I never do). I told him I did not think he fixed it. The first time I used it it the chainsaw froze up again after about 3 to 4 minutes of use. Obviously he never looked for the real problem because he assumed the problem was with me. I feel like I paid sixty bucks just to be insulted by employees and get nothing fixed. They need to listen to the customer instead of just making assumptions

This place is Absolutely Incredible!!! Forget about those 3 Big Box joints, wandering the isles looking for help. This place would make Tim (toolman)Taylor green with Envy. Want a muffler from a 1983 Troy Built Mower? ✔ they got it! The only thing that's more Incredible than the selection and options is the amazing staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and just Great everyday conversation! Grab some local Hot Sauce and Ketchup at the counter.

The best. Totally knowledgeable folks, well-stocked store, absolutely outstanding customer service, super competitive prices. Who cares about the other three big box stores when you've got a gem like this close by.

Seems like one of last decent hardware stores to survive the big box store wars. Really glad I found this spot. Helpful staff - I think I've found exactly what I needed at every visit.
