They kicked us out over bed bugs that was already there and I forgot 100 dollars worth change there and they won't give it back they said it wasn't there then my package got delivered there and there saying it didn't even tho I got the email

I also give this motel the lowest rating possible. I came to this motel after having a horrible experience at the Kenwood Motel across the street hoping it would be better. NOPE. The woman was very rude and AGAIN doesn't speak english very well if at all. I was moving a bunch of my stuff into the hotel because I am staying for a week and the woman proceeded to yell at my brother and I that we had "Too much junk" and then tried to tell us we couldn't stay here after we had already given her money for the week and we had gotten the key. So I had to get aggressive and explain to the woman that they are my clothes that I wear, that I need for the week and the rest of it was food that I would need for the week. I told her if she was going to do that then she needed to give us our money back and she changed her mind and told us we could only stay for the week. I feel extremely uncomfortable in this motel. That woman made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable and I am EXTREMELY offended by the fact that I was yelled at for having my own possessions with me. The room is nicer than the Kenwood Motels rooms. Their TV service is a little funky and sometimes doesn't work. Their internet sometimes acts up as if the router needs to be reset a lot. Other than that you'll find this motel is like 75% cleaner than the Kenwood I'm more frustrated that the only motels in town are ran by people who can't speak english and apparently do not care about their customers. Where's the health department on this?

I have been visiting Kenton Ohio for a few years now. We normally stay for 10 days at a time while deer hunting. Our group has stayed here for the last 4 years and have experienced nothing but awesome service. The management is very helpful the rooms are clean. The beds are clean and the showers are hot. You can't ask for much more with that price. I would recommend this Motel to anyone one passing threw.
