This is the second time my son had an appointment and the doctor didn’t see him because she wanted to leave early for the weekend. I received a call to ask if my son can come in earlier than his appointment. I explained that he had another appointment that morning and couldn’t and was asked if he could come in after his morning appointment. I called after his appointment which was around 11:20am and was told it was too late, the doctor was leaving. His appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm and I explained that he was visiting from out of state and needed to see the doctor for his check up. They told me the doctor will see him and when we got there, they said she left. This office need to be more considerate with the patients time. If the doctor have patients scheduled, she/he needs to see them and understand that the patient have rearranged their time to attend their appointment or pay the patient for the doctor not attending the appointment.

They said I was late for my appointment. Then they said they called and talked to a female to confirm the appointment the day before, then they later said when they tried to call no one answered. Had to reschedule.

this dentist is awful, the people are not very friendly. i do NOT recommend going here.

Hours never listed correctly. They never return calls. Can't even make an appointment with them because I've been to the Rosedale location and Panama, but for some reason they don't "have access" to make me an appointment. Unprofessional and rude.
