Nothing exciting. A typical Wal-Mart. Same half stocked items. Same uncaring employees. Same disorganized place which we're all practically forced to shop at for some reason or another, oh yeah because the large scale corporate corruption has made it hard or impossible for the smaller guys. Remember them folks? The ones that provided service with a smile, appreciated your patronage, understood customer service and actually enjoyed being at work... If you wasn't of that generation, I'm so sorry for your loss, esp if Wal-Mart standards is all you've ever known.

Came in with a co worker after our work shift so she could get formula for her baby. ALL HUMAN REGISTERS WAS CLOSED. So we walk to customer service asking how are we suppose to cash out when we have wic if cashiers are not here and you cannot use wic at self-serve at Walmart. Customer service said our cashiers go home at 6pm. If you want to use wic you have to be here before 6pm. ! Oh I'm sorry I didn't know our work schedule had to work around walmarts cashiers schedule in order to buy formula! Then said there was a limit that she was unable to get the cans but there is no sign posted anywhere in the baby section. Walmart marysville is WORSE THAN MARION!!!!!!

Went to the auto center for help with a tire. Couldn't patch it so they sold me a good tire and put it on in no time. Friendly, quick, efficient, and price was reasonable. I couldn't believe how quickly we were helped. The auto team deserves a good pat on the back!! Good job!

I usually don't do bad reviews. Not only did they cancel my $300 order because the driver did not speak English and could not follow directions to my home using maps but then informed me I would not get my refund for 10 days. Maybe if they receive enough honest bad reviews regarding the online delivery practices something will change. The squeeky wheel gets the grease I hope. I don't drive so when I found out Walmart offered delivery it was going to be life changing. The only thing that's changed is I end up wasting time and money. 3 times now I've given it a shot and been extremely disappointed. I don't know if it's Walmart or door dash but somewhere it is completely messed up everytime. They either send my order somewhere else or I don't get it at all even when they say it's been delivered. No one at door dash speaks English which makes it so much harder to figure things out. If you can't do it correctly don't offer the service and waste people's time and money. For my family $300 worth of groceries just gone and not even refunded for 10 days hurts. Hoping this serves to help better the service or maybe cancel offering it if it can't be done correctly. Save other struggling families from being left completely without and no real resolutions.
