Hi Kenneth, thank you for asking! Unfortunately, we're not equipped to accommodate crossbows at this time. Our bales are only made to stop arrows shot from recurve and compound bows, and crossbow bolts would go straight through. Generally, the best way to practice with a crossbow is to buy a small foam block rated for crossbow bolts and bring it to a local gun shooting range.
We start all new archers with low draw weight entry-level recurve bows. Appropriate equipment is selected by the coach.
