The truth is, everything is super good, the meat is of the best quality. The bad experience I have is with some of your staff at the Butcher Shop! they take too long, and apart from that with a very bad attitude. They get upset because you ask for meat ... today I went at 6:20 pm and they are supposed to close at 8:00 pm and I asked for prepared meat and they didn't want to do it because the machine was washed. I've been close to closing time before and they always cook my meat for me ... I've had a lot of bad experiences lately with your staff.

We enforce the use of face masks for all of our customers and employees. We also clean and sanitize throughout the day.
