I have enjoyed my experience living here so far compared to where i came from. the office is very nice and personable. I got bad luck with my upstairs neighbors but the office has been serious about talking to them. it’s very nice living here, worth it.

Worst apartment living experience I've ever had. Office staff is completely unresponsive most of the time, "lost" our rent check and tried to charge us a late fee until they found it, the price changed twice in 2 months, they constantly were unable to assist with issues. We had our car windows smashed while it was in the car port by a drunken neighbor and the apartment complex did nothing about it even the police officer said it was ridiculous. We had a pipe burst the first day we moved in and a massive flood all night because the 24 maintenance line wasn't working and so it flooded from 12am-9am the next day when they finally answered at the front office. Also the 24 hr courtesy patrol never answered our call about the car either. We also had a horrible ant problem, the complex is loud with kids screaming all the time and landscaping/construction work going on, and there is absolutely never parking available even though you pay for it. They will up the price constantly and never provide any actual good services. The "gym" is worst than most hotel gyms. You can get way better for the price elsewhere, trust me!! This place is a corporate scam that has changed owners multiple times recently. Only positive part of this place is Tracey in maintenance but its just too big for her to cover alone and the front office impedes everything.

After living here for over a year now the office staff is very nice but not good at returning phone calls or answering the phone in general. I kept calling during "normal business hours" and no one answered until I physically walked into the office. I saw staff just casually talking to each other and did not look busy answering any phone calls lol. I can say they are very good at taping letters to your door for any fees that are due which is not professional at all but I can't expect a phone call cause no one seems to even answer calls to begin with. I do wish there can be an email provided for residents to send any concerns. I can say Estancia does communicate very well through email even after "business hours". The email that was sent out last night about the event that occurred was totally unnecessary and you guys did not take the family into consideration at all! The incident did not need to be publicized to all of Estancia when it was already under control. If anything it would just alert people to go be nosey and check out the situation. SMH Estancia
