We currently allow a maximum of 2 people to enter the front room. Minimum 6 feet separation. Access to the main part of the shop is not available at this time. Face Masks are required to enter the front room. Hand Sanitizer is available at the door. Curbside service is also available to anyone that prefers not to enter the front room.

We stock 2 different types of Lipase.

once I have sanitized all the equipment, what is the best way to store it until I start another batch, also the wine bottles, can they be stored in the original box after sanitizing or will I have to sanitize again before bottling ?

You can use one of the large multi-gallon zipper bags usually used for Thanksgiving turkeys to minimize dust collection on sterilized equipment. However, I'd still recommend sterilizing anew before every new batch. Had one batch completely ruined as I seemed to have missed a few spots and then had to pour everything out after four weeks of patiently waiting on it.
