The workers here are very rude. Very unprofessional. Don't know how to inform you ahead of time of canceled visits. They literally tell you when your there. They pre screen me for covid but not the other parent. I know this forsure because when I came to see my kids they told me last minute the visit was cancelled because someone in the home tested positive and the kids still had made it to the visit until their father notified them upon arrival that someone in the home was sick.
