I have installed over 20 kitchens using United Granite & Cabinets. The quality of the cabinets and the mechanism are superior. Some of the kitchens are now close to 20 years old with no problems.

****the worst customer service***** LONG REVIEW, but worth the read ***** After multiple trips to United Granite, I finally found the counter top I liked. My installation was scheduled for Tuesday, 10/31. I get a call on Monday 10/30 asking if I can postpone installation to Wednesday, 11/1, since two employees called in sick. I agreed, but Maria (the front desk lady) asked if I can come in and choose the style of granite Tuesday morning. She said the granite had rust marks on them and needed to be cleaned so a Wednesday installation worked best. On Tuesday morning, I get a call from the owner. The owner was asking me what time I was coming in and was rushing me to get there for a same day installation (on Tuesday). I asked her how that was possible if the granite (that I haven't even picked out) needed to be cleaned. I arrive Tuesday morning to the granite store, just to look at dirty, rusted granite that needed be cleaned. An employee told me to come back around 4pm to see the cleaned granite. I purchased a total of 3 pieces, and when I got back around 4pm, only 3 pieces were cleaned. What was I choosing from?! they gave me no other cleaned granite options but 3 in total. I complained to the owner that there was no point for me to come in in the morning if all I was looking at was dirty granite. He (the owner) didn't have a care in the world and told me to talk to Maria. At this point, I was already disappointment with their LACK of customer service, but still decided to proceed with the installation the next day. Wednesday morning I get a call from Maria stating that the truck they're using got into a car accident and installation couldn't be installed. Mind you, I have already taken 2 days off of work. I told her I couldn't take another day and that ALL of the other work being done to my house was getting pushed back because of this delay. I told her I wanted a refund. I came in to get a refund and spoke to the owner, all she wanted to do was give me an $80 discount. I declined. Basically, the owners have extremely poor customer service and pretend they cannot understand or speak English. I'm amazed that these people are still in business. I would NOT refer this company to anyone. If you want cheap material you'll get the cheap, classless, rude customer service, too!
