Have stayed here several times in the past. Being Diamond Elite, they usually will mention that. Nope. Also, reserved a King Suite. Was given the tiniest King room. Checked in near a fellow worker, their room is bigger. Seems odd. Asked front desk to confirm it’s a suite, she said yes. Checked on my online account, says King Standard. Well. There ya go. Loyalty to a brand means nothing anymore I guess. Flat out lying to me. Sad day for sure. PS the Asst Gen Manager was on this evening. I think his name is Alex. Top of the mark. Thank you sir for your professionalism.

Room was kept clean. The staff were very kind, courteous, and professional. The meals at the hotel were well planned and delicious. I looked forward to eating there everyday

The hotel was fine - no issues- clean, comfortable, good location, easy check in - everything was fine. The staff made it an exceptional experience.The ladies at the front desk during the day were always friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was friendly, even the maintenance guy on the elevator was friendly. But DeAndre and Alex went WAY above and beyond any expectations to make sure we got the room we needed and got settled in and followed up to make sure everything was going well. They seem to enjoy their jobs and sincerely care about making sure guests are taken care of. 10 out of 10 would recommend based on staff alone.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious, shower great. Comfy bed and pretty quiet. I would HIGHLY recommend reviewing your bill before check out as a $20 food charge was added to our room and we did not order any food at all. Always check your charges!!
