Labor Day / afternoon Lunch Came here on our day off. El Torito's was steady with customers. Our server had many tables to serve in her area. In my opinion that was allot to ask of her. Could be with today's workforce not showing up to cover their shift. My wife had tacos, she enjoyed them. They were too her likening. I had the steak and chicken fajitas... They were cooked to perfection. There presentation of the food was on point. My only issue for mer ,was the tortilla chips. The taste and texture was not up my likening. For me they were ok. For others they may not see an issue. Other than that, stop by and enjoy great food with some mixed drinks.

The food was actually very fresh and delicious, which is why I gave it a 2 star. If I had to judge by service of the waitress (Lorena) alone I would have given it a 1 star. From the moment she addressed our table she seemed completely annoyed and disturbed by our presence and never made eye contact with any of us. Which I was bothered by, but didn't make a big deal out of it, until I saw her smiling, laughing and joking as she served her other tables. After she brought out of food she never stopped by to ask if we needed anything, disappeared for any extended period of time so much so that we had to get to go boxes and other things from other servers passing by. Never saw her again until she brought the check and it was not very busy so no excuse for her not to check in on our table. Can't tell you what made her so disturbed by us because we didn't have much of an interaction with her before placing our orders so I was confused. Nevertheless, as a server she needs to put on a poker face and provide everyone with the same level of service. Didn't appreciate her attitude at all.
