Yes as long as you are in recovery, you can apply for a pc card and take clients to meetings or out on passes. However it will not count towards any credits for schools or community service.
You must be related to the individual to visit them. If not they cannot confirm or deny the individual is actually there.
I was there and it's really good and all the people who collaborate there are very nice, they make you feel like family GOD ALWAYS BLESSES YOU
