Me and my friend visited this location on July 4th, taking a lunch break from Six flags over Georgia. This was one of the friendliest Wendy's that I have been to, the lady who was our cashier, and order taker was pleasant and very nice. The lady said she was working and had school. This lady was awesome and cared for her job. THE WENDY'S was clean and the food was great

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! From the start at the drive thru speaker I was greeted with “YES”? No Hello Welcome to Wendy’s, how may I be of service, nothing…. She was the rudest person ever. This is not my first time dealing with the unprofessional nasty attitudes at this location. Today was my last day, I will go to the location on Thornton Road instead. Please clean up your front end as they are the first point of contact when dealing with paying customers.

This establishment has posted dining room hours. However, it never opens at the specified time. I have a problem retrieving my mobile order. Even when the drive-thru is down they tell you that you can't have your order. One of the biggest excuses is they are short on human capital. So I rate it 3 stars. When they go they are decent.

So wendy's is the closest place they can go to or they bring their own food. They only get hour long breaks. If it really is that big of an issue, then I'll save you a trip. GET OVER IT.
