Got a call from enterprise to come in and renew my rental agreement which I'm getting through my insurance company because my truck is currently being fixed. I was on hold for 20 minutes to have to deal with Eddie. Eddie, the head manager-who says that he is the owner -- was EXTREMELY rude!!! He was irritable at the fact I wasn't able to come in and renew my contract at a moment's notice. He refused to give me the corporate office number and would not be accommodating in any manner. It seems that he and his staff are adept at taking advantage of people with disabilities and apparently had no time to discuss my very fixable situation. PLEASE BE WARNED!!!

I reserved a car at the Hermosa beach location. They called prior to the reservation time and informed me that they were out of cars. While working through other options and speaking to 5 different representatives, I landed on the Lawndale location. I, unfortunately, was assisted by Eddie twice. The first time I spoke with him he was pleasant and helpful. He transferred me to a reservation specialist named Tina. Tina confirmed that The Lawndale location had a car for me and that someone would be able to pick me up from my house at noon. She sent over the confirmation with the updated details and I noticed she mistyped my address. Her system wouldn’t allow her to edit the address so she transferred me back to the local branch for assistance. I, again, got Eddie. He, obviously irritated from the pressures of his job, was very short and sassy with me. Unwilling to help, unwilling to accommodate, and unwilling to listen. He spoke over me throughout the entire conversation and even went as far as to CANCEL my reservation because I misspoke and called him Ricky ( a different enterprise rep that helped me earlier regarding this debacle). When he told me that wasn’t his name, I apologized and explained I had spoken to a lot of different reps within that hour). Even after my acknowledgment and apology, EDDIE canceled the reservation and hung up while calling me “disrespectful” for an honest mistake. Eddie, if you read this, try to be a better human. It takes less effort than having a nasty attitude ESPECIALLY in a service based field. YOU chose your job. If you don’t like it, I urge you to look for something more fitting.
