Imagine waiting over an hour to get pedicure(urgently needed) and finally when it’s your turn the lady who is doing your pedicure tells you that she is not doing anything extra no callus removal, no exfoliation, no massage just trim file and nail polish. I was completely speechless but unfortunately I needed it so I had not choice. Seriously the worst $45 ever spent. HORRIBLE!!

I came here recently for a gel manicure and had a horrible experience. The nail tech did a terrible job on my manicure. She suggested an overlay which ended up making my nails look very bulky and wide, due to the way she applied it. She also suggested a different shade of the color I wanted saying I needed something brighter - I ended up hating the color she chose. When I called to tell them I wasn’t happy with my nails, the manager said I could come in to have them fixed. They had the audacity to try to charge me $25 to fix my nails, even after admitting the nail tech did do a terrible job. I refused to pay the $25 so he lowered it a few times settling at $15. Had anyone just settled to pay the $25, they would have been taken advantage of. On top of that, I was trying to be nice about it but the manager had the nerve to raise his voice at me when they were the one in the wrong. Horrible experience, never coming back. Please don’t let these people take advantage of you.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. I got a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax and each service was fantastic. The ladies had attention to detail and did a wonderful job. I will certainly be back and am happy to support such a lovely business post-pandemic.

I have been going to this shop for almost 7 years. Sadly due to the pandemic the shop was sold to new mgmt. I continued going but after a few months I realized that the man doing my nails hasn't a clue what he's doing. Within a few days I had chips, breaks and lifting. . My nails were a mess. I won't ever g back. It's a waste of money.........New mgmt is is atrocious and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.......Find shop that cares about the job they do........ Pass on this shop !!!
