Will not return to this location anymore. Too many unprofessional staff members. They are so bad they spoil the others efforts.

This is the closest Big Lots to Sherman Oaks. Employees are nice but the checkers are ALWAYS NICE and HELPFUL! We have had problems parking SEVERAL times though. We just went home instead. We saw that the other 2 NH stores have closed. Hoping this one DOESN'T!
