Would give zero stars if it let me Haven’t been to one of your restaurants for years, won’t be back. Stopped in for dinner (6:10pm) after not eating all day and right before our 3 hour trip home. Ordered an app and drinks, took an excessive amount of time but they had a large party, so we understood. Took an excessive amount of time to get our dinners as well. My spouse had ordered boneless wings and I ordered a wedge salad with the sauce and dressing on the side. My spouses meal was as he ordered (not received until 7pm), mine came with the dressing and sauce on the salad so I sent it back. 7:20pm still no salad. I then asked to see a manager, he attempted to make an excuse regarding the larger party, but I was already there for over an hour, my spouse was now done eating and it shouldn’t have taken another p20 more minutes to prepare a salad. I asked for the salad to be removed from the check, I no longer wanted it. The manager apologized and removed the salad but made no other effort to compensate for the issues. Really glad I ordered a regular soda, as I’m diabetic, with no meal at least I had sugar in the beverage. Former restaurant office manager and corporate trainer, what occurred at your restaurant this evening is completely unacceptable.

Really disappointing... I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 1:40. It wasnt ready until 2:12. There were only 6 tables occupied in the location. They could not tell me why it was taking so long. They only said "they didnt know why it took so long". Then looking at the receipt.... I was charged .99 cents for take out. I couldn't believe I was paying a fee to pick up take out. Mind blowing!

The bar tender and Jamie the manager cant take care of anything. if you want poor service then go to moundsville and ask for jamie..oh check the picture jamie... I'm definitely in the ghetto.. car on Jack's and cones for safety? 🤣
