The gm talks so rudely to her staff, especially the underaged ones. I've seen her make employees cry and quit. Fries are always cold and the burgers are dry sometimes. I feel sorry for those employees.

Stopped by on our way home... ordered via app and picked up @the window. Service could be friendlier and I wish they would hand out our drinks and frosty while waiting for the sandwiches so that I can set up the kids and not get rushed when everything is ready and server start handing EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE. I used to work in fastfood eons ago and this was our training weather it be Drive Thru or Dine in. This way service would be faster but not feel rushed. I am giving them four ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ because I got everything I ordered, received all my utensils, condiments and napkins! This is appreciated when customers are on the go. Took off 1 ⭐ for execution... Food was good per usual, love the chili and frosty! Thank You!

It never ceases to amaze me how someone can take a plain sandwich and completely ruin it with condiments. I asked for 3 plain crispy chicken sandwiches and all 3 had mayo and lettuce on them. What am I missing? I've worked at McDonald's, Arby's & Chick-fil-A, and I have never seen a restaurant consistently get their orders wrong. Do better. Everytime I come here, you ruin my order. I have done this job. I know it's not that hard

It's been awhile since I've reviewed a fast food restaurant. I ordered a Bacon Bourbon Cheeseburger from this Wendy's on Thursday 02/24/2022 around 2300 hrs. After spending $19.00, we went home and found the Bourbon Burger to have no bacon, no crispy onions and had one piece of meat with a little bit of bourbon sauce. Fries were cold also. We took the burger back and went back through the drive-thru at approximately 2320 hrs. The drive-thru employees, both females, were rude with almost ZERO communication. I told them through the speaker about the burger and she told me to just pull up to the window. Without speaking to me, I saw the employees laughing amongst themselves. I was waved to the second window where they continued to laugh. The window opened and a female employee handed me a bag with presumably another burger as a replacement. After handing me the bag, they shut the window. There was no communication with me. No speaking whatsoever, no apology. Petty? No. Just listing the absolute terrible customer service and lack of employee etiquette that these individuals had. One appeared to be a manager of some sort. I will not go back to this Wendy's and I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the area to eat there either. Go to a neighboring Wendy's and avoid the Elm Grove Store at all costs. This isn't my first negative experience, but this is one that prompted me to write a review and contact Wendy's as a result.
