Really worst service !!! We made a reservation through the Open table on 8/26 for 8/27 dinner, and arrived at the hotel 40 minutes earlier before 7:15pm . After waiting for 40 minutes, we were told that we were placed near the doorway, and the restaurant manager , a Lady , she told us that there are currently no other places to adjust but we can wait until 8pm to have other places vacant, although there were already a few places that were vacant at that time, although the waitress tried to help us coordinate with the manager because waitress knew there were a few spots vacated at the time, but all were rejected by the manager. We chose to sit in the place she assigned us, but after we sat down we found out that this place was very hot because it was very close to the biggest cook oven at the back, so we couldn't sit there for a long time, so we went to the manager again and asked to change the place , but she refused. Her reason is that she has given us an option to go out and wait for 8 o'clock before coming back. Since we chose to sit at the door first, she will no longer adjust it for us. We think she is very unreasonable. , we told her that we did decide to sit at the door, but she didn't tell us that the temperature here is so hot, that’s why no one wants to sit there, I told her at the time that I would give restaurant management or supervisor regarding her service attitude, She actually told me that she is the manager, she can decide everything, I feel like she might think she is the king here, she can arrange all the things she likes We chose to leave, we will not come back, I did some searched, and found that the manager of this restaurant has been having problems, it is not that we have the same problem, this has happened a lot times,

Great location, roof top. Tapas are the best. Cocktails are good, they need more variety for libations. Also 2nd group of people arriving when the restaurant opened. Outside area has little to no shade, and couldn't offer a different table for 2 in shade. Additionally, waiters and servers not on yet nor available?! As for the food, do not get the pan con tomate it's a smushed tomato with oil no other seasoning very bland, and bread is a pita. Patas bravas are good, artichokes were good along with the squash and ham croquettes. Ambiance looked nice. Service was off. If you really want Spanish tapas go to Vaca.

Me and my wife were really excited to try this place as we live down the street and they have an amazing view of the Disney fireworks. The view was great (even though I had to argue for a window table despite having a reservation and there were two available tables) the drinks were great and our waiter bent over backwards for us but the manager John Tran was so extremely rude to me and my wife I'm trying not to get into detail about it but he made us feel so unwelcomed, and like we were not good enough for this place. I can honestly say it ruined the experience. Our waiter was kind enough to comp a round of our drinks after hearing how we felt and gave us the director's business card to make a formal complaint. The director has yet to answer our email.

It's more tailored for date night, business, parties, company parties, special occasions. The food options and drinks is more for a mature audience. Don't expect fries, nuggets, and juice or kiddie seats.
It really depends on what you like. They have a really great variety of drinks though.
