Racist! Something has to be done about this. I was on the phone with my bank( Me Business Owner) While verifying me to the bank I went to the car to get my statement, I walk back in to get my boyfriend. I told a young lady what I was looking for. She explained to me that they didn’t have any of the hats that I bought previously. On my way to the car the Blonde called security, and came all outside. What’s the issue.? I can’t stand a stereotypical racist! I work for a living, very productive, professional, respectful person. I called corporate on her. I pray that something happens for her stereotypical employee! I really wished she would have stopped me. I will never ever shop there again!

The selection of hats and cowboy boots was very good. Customer service, pricing and availability is very good. There is also a large variety of accessories.

Went in intending to purchase a new pair of boots. Typically have a great experience at the Burleson TX location, went to Sage Meadow FTW location due to convenience. Unfortunately the 2 young staff members were more interested in playing on their cell phone and laughing it up at the cash register to even acknowledge multiple customers walking in and stood there waiting for assistance for over 20 minutes. They only acknowledged me when I walked out telling me to have a good day. Note to self....Make the almost hour long driveand get ACTUAL service 🤦‍♀️🤔
