First off, I’m thrilled to see so many positive reviews of Frank’s shop. Although I haven’t gotten to visit him yet, I know he puts his customers first and treats every one of them like they’re the most important person in the room. Even though he knew up front that I couldn’t buy anything from him, he gave me all the time in the world, answered every question I had, and offered some great ideas to help me legally solve some issues I’m having in my new home. (I moved from a state with very few firearms restrictions and was having trouble navigating the legalities of NY). Frank is clearly a people person and knows his business inside and out. Anybody who treats people so well KNOWING THEY CAN’T BUY anything deserves more than my 5-star review. As soon as you can, go in and see if he has something that’s just right for you.
