Member price: $5.95+tax Non-member: $7.95+tax A case of 20 books member price: $107.00+tax Non-member price: $143.00+tax WSTA also sell the Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports that are filled out every day the truck is driven as essentially a maintenance log. They keep record of all the wear on the truck. DVIR Books are sold individually or in a case of 56. Hello Martha, I am told we do have Pre-Pass. Anyone who applies for Pre-Pass through AADT or through WSTA get a discount on the rate they would pay directly to pre-pass. Pre-Pass charges a monthly rate of $16.99 or $17.99 per device, while our non-member rate for Pre-Pass is $14.99 per month per device. Members receive an additional $1 discount on Pre-Pass making it $13.99 per month per device. Regards,
