I'm giving this Best Buy 2 Stars. The employee's really are not helpful. I tried getting assistance for 10 minutes and it just felt like I was being tossed around from one employee to the next. Additionally, the entire store seems SO unorganized and dirty. It feels like they are seconds away from closing constantly. Boxes all over the floor, the racks of merchandise are a wreck, and the display items are totally destroyed. I will only be revisiting if this is my "last hope." Amazon here I come. Overall Rating: 3/10

Honestly had great service from the employees. They helped me figure out everything i was trying to do. And it worked awesomely. First time. Thank you Best buy! My new Cable modem, Wifi mesh 6 router and ethernet switch have increased my speed and coverage beyond expectations.im very happy.

I've been waiting for a particular TV to be in stock. Today it was there! The BB team members were super smart, efficient, and friendly. I'm a TotalTech member so checkout was easy and delivery and setup are free and quick. I would recommend Best Buy at this location to family and friends!

We do Accept Broken TV's The one in thr Poughkeepsie Galleria Has a recycling booth by the Mall Entrance. We don't accept Certain types of Bettery's though.. If you wanted to bring those in.
There's a place downstairs in the mall that fixes screens. They were really fast and helpful for my phone. It might be worth giving them a try.

Your best bet is to look on the web at the Best Buy website. If they do not have it in the store, they may be able to order it for you. If they order it for you, you may be able to have the decision to have it delivered to the store or be mailed to your location. And if it is delivered to the store, you will get a notification to come to the store and pick it up, where you can have curbside pickup, if you would like.

They usually come with the package I know my packages always do. Call them if you didn't get. Also you can go to the store I believe.

This store did have a dedicated department and garage Bay for install by appointment only the last time I was there but they only installed decks they sold. Call the store & ask for car stereo installs or when you enter from the parking lot make ur 1st left and continue till you get to the customer desk & u'll be in the auto sound department/installs. Good luck. PS - for readers of this post most all new cars need amps & speaker change when changing out a new stereo/deck. The car companies build their systems so if u change the deck their amps won't work as powerful in fact it'll be at half or less the original volume/power of the original system. Speakers of a stock system are different ohms as well - so you have t same issue, they'll be half or a third the original power depending on their ohms. But if you have an older car - no worries. I had this issue in my 2001 Durango and needed to work around the stock system so check ur car before planing ur deck change.
