They seem helpful but do your own research. the big mouth foam cannon plastic is very cheap quality. it broke on first use as I was tightening the bottle to the cannon. owner told me to come back into the store and Roberto and Eric, I think that was his name, helped me exchange it for the other foam cannon they offer. they answered some questions I had regarding some ceramic coatings. and were very helpful.

Ive been to the El Monte Store once already but when I went in yesterday only 1 person was trying to help me, and when I did have a question about a product, I turned around and pretty much just asked the question to everyone standing around, and everyone except for the guy helping me started sighing and laughing. I bought a good amount of stuff despite the poor customer service and everyone laughing at me, and wasn’t even provided with a receipt when I did 2 separate transactions and even told the guy I needed a receipt he said it was gonna be emailed but I never received an email I even waited a whole 24hours before writing this review to see if the receipt would show but no never did. I guess I’ll just go to Gardena or even make the drive to Burbank. Definitely not coming back to this location.
