just called the bank for information on opening an account after long prompts and blah blah blah. when you press for customer service its said waiting time 51 min 26 seconds. will keep looking for another bank. already have an account with Mission Federal Credit Union. they are great just like to have four accounts chase been great. closed account with sdcu due to having so many internet problems signing on that was in branch 3 time I choose to close that account. good luck you all. best wishes and stay safe. You need to update your website; after checking the site TWICE today to ensure your Fifth Avenue branch was open during the pandemic, I walked a mile to make a deposit. When I arrived, gloved & masked, there was a sign indicating the branch is temporarily closed. Please update website!
