My only complaint here is that its always full of young children / fresh adults running the location. It gets very chaotic and alot of them are not equipped to handle those rushes. I will say they try and usually make it through but at times it's like a cat fight back there. The owners / managers should do better for the workers and give them better tools to succeed as to say. Overall though they do pretty well.

Staff are hit and miss. Some of them are very nice and pleasant, and others seem to not really care much about the job, or the customers. The ice cream is typically fine. It's DQ, ya know what you're getting. On a personal note, having delivered food there before, they are terrible tippers. Gave me a quarter tip, and told me to keep the change as though they were doing me the biggest favor. Not a fan.
