So I’ve been away from the reviews but had to take the time to post this. It’s not even noon yet and they are already out of product. I ended up settling for a strawberry wild, normally used to get this. Well I’m highly disappointed. This drink doesn’t even taste like strawberry anything just straight watermelon. Not sure what’s up at this location but I honestly should’ve check these reviews out. Service did take longer than other places, was about a 10 minute wait.

I can't believe they always out of ingredients. Ive gone at least 3 times and no straws no peanut butter, No this know that unbelievable!

If I could give a zero I would give a zero. They were out of bananas and they were out of utensils so they gave me a little cup to eat my açai berry bowl. Then they told me to go next-door to Blaze Pizza and grab a utensil even tho Blaze was closed.

Third time this month driving to west covina location. Just to be told their not doing their fresh juices again. I don't know what's going on but that just seems like a lame excuse.
