I called child protective services to inform them about a concern that I have. The lady on the phone which her name was Darling was very rude, she kept interrupting me, not properly letting me express my concern. And was very unprofessional. I have no idea why the system have people like her working for them when they can't even listen , shut up, and hear what I have to say in regards to two little boys safety. This lady needs to be fired.. I will be calling upper management and speaking to her supervisor.

Some of the hardest working, honest, and biggest hearted people you will ever meet. A often thankless job that is misunderstood by many. Keep them all safe while doing the work that they do.

She shouldn't be gathering money its fraudulent
Not to my knowledge, I have not heard of such a class.
What do you mean by "putting them out"? How old are they, under what circumstances? A child is under 18, and the parents have the responsibility to feed, clothe, and shelter them until 18 OR make other arrangements to keep them safe, with food, clothes, and shelter, in the care of another adult. Most kids remain at home longer than 18 these days but the parent can "put them out" once they are 18, without legal responsibility. Please note I am not giving legal advice, as I do not know the laws, but when an underage child is found or turned in to the police, they will take that child back home, depending on many things, legal action may be taken and / or a CPS case could be opened. So if I understand the question, the answer is no, you cannot put children out, to fend for themselves, without consequences. If you have a teenager who is on your last nerve, look for help from family, look into therapy, if behavior is due to drugs, find treatment.
Yes. Call and make a report ASAP. The closer to the incident happening, the better. You can remain anonymous.
You need to call a my call CPS 874-kids and talk to them about the problem
You should call LE regarding this. It is not something that would be considered a CPS issue
Call 875kids and make a report. It sometimes takes a few investigations and it dpesnt always look like they respond. But u bring it to the attention of the department.
