I have had nothing but trouble and rudeness whenever I deal with this company parts and service department. Everyone is rude and doesn't want to assist the customers! 3 different occasions I have dealt with incompetent rude people! I am so glad I never have to deal with them again! And just for the headache with service I will never buy an RV from the sales department! Absolutely horrible employees!

They crew at Giant RV parts in Wildomar came through in the clutch for me. I had a hard time trying to find the wire harness In order to connect a trailer brake controller. I raced down there on a Friday afternoon right before closing. I never want to be “that guy”, but I was desperate before a weekend trip. They went out of there way to scope out the wiring, to find that Jeep hadn’t completed routing the wire to the front of the vehicle. They tested my plug connection and since it worked , offered me a solution and sold me a wireless brake controller I didn’t even know existed. I’m writing this review from our campsite. Big thanks to the crew!! Outstanding Customer service.

Went in for a new 12V converter after mine blew. Very helpful staff and knew exactly what I needed, and even had one in stock. Matched an online price I found to boot, which is something I was not expecting and am very grateful they did for me! For sure my go-to place for parts and supplies after that experience.

Our travel trailer was stolen and trashed and then recovered. We took it to Giant RV Service in Wildomar and Ray handled the entire repair process from beginning to end. They did a wonderful job in a timely manner and Ray kept up advised of the progress all along. It was actually in better shape than when we brought it in. We cannot recommend this RV service location highly enough!
