I asked for my straps after being unloaded and they say I didn’t have any. They refuse to return my straps. The guy at checkout has a bad attitude and refuses to help.

Arrived at appointment time, told where to drop trailer, park in bobtail waiting area and be on the look out for a yard dog returning your trailer. 1.5 hours total

I normally don’t do reviews but I was at lowes in Pottsville Pennsylvania to deliver a load of plants and everything went well until my trailer came back and I trun my tractor on and noticed I couldn’t put myself in drive to get my trailer and Amy was nice and helpful as I was scrambling to find repair techs to come out that night and it was cold about 5 degrees I was unsuccessful that night. Amy tryed to help me out with repair techs she knew unfortunately I was not able to get one until 7am Saturday as I was telling them I’m trying to leave but I could not later that day I found out later the next day why I was having issue my air tank froze on the tractor but I want to thank Amy and the staff at lowes being understandable and not punish me for thinking I was trying to stay overnight which was not in my plans that night which was to go to a pilot after I was done at lowes.
